Terms of Service

By registering for a golf clinic, private event, corporate booking, or purchasing equipment through this website, you agree to the following terms.

Payment Policy

All registrations and bookings are prepaid. Payment is required within 3 days of sign-up to secure your spot. Accepted methods: credit card, Venmo, or Zelle.
Late payments may result in your spot being released to the next person or group on the waitlist.

Refund Policy

Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the clinic.
Cancellations within 72 hours, or after the start of a clinic/event, are not eligible for a refund. Private and Corporate booking will have their own terms of service attached in the invoice.

Equipment Sales

All golf club and equipment sales are final and non-refundable, whether purchased online or in-person.

Private & Corporate Bookings

Private bookings require a minimum of 10 participants. Corporate bookings may have additional minimums communicated at booking.
Final headcount must meet requirements for the clinic or event to proceed.

Inclement Weather

Clinics and events may be rescheduled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified promptly.

Release of Liability

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
You release Jayde Panos, Golf Clinics Houston, instructors, and the facility from liability for injuries, accidents, losses, or damages before, during, or after participation.

Photography & Video

By participating, you consent to photos/videos being used for marketing or promotional purposes.

Code of Conduct

All participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.

Right to Modify, Reschedule, or Cancel

Clinics, private events, and corporate bookings may be modified, rescheduled, or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to instructor illness, facility availability, weather, safety concerns, scheduling conflicts, or other unexpected events.
Participants will be notified as soon as possible.

Chargeback Policy

By submitting payment for a clinic, private booking, corporate event, or purchase of goods (including golf clubs and equipment), whether online or in-person, you agree all charges are final.
Unauthorized disputes or chargebacks may result in additional fees, loss of access to future clinics/events, and collection of the disputed amount.
